We have a guarantee for every product once it leaves our shop to the point it is received by the customer. If any order arrives broken, damaged, incomplete, or wrong, we will reship the order to ensure our customer are satisfied with the product.

All items sold are not refundable or exchangeable. Exchange can be made if the item(s) sent to you is incorrect or defect only. Exchange of colors or size is strictly not allowed.
In the event of missing, defect or incorrect goods received, these matters must be reported to Creative United Store within 2 days of the date you received your items. This can be done via email to email@example.com and your email will normally be replied within 24 hours on working days from the received of your email.
Do take note that sale receipts, shipping receipts or any other documentation of the item must be returned with the item. Item must in its original condition with all packaging and labels and had not been washed, altered, worn or used.
All exchanges must be mailed back to us within 7 working days from the date the parcel was received by you. Please take a picture of the defect item or provide us the details/name of the wrong item received and email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. There is strictly no cash refund unless the exact same piece/size is Out Of Stock. We will take approximately 5 working days to process.
The customer is responsible for any shipping and insurance charges involved in returning the goods back to Creative United Store. Creative United Store does not cover your return shipping costs. Please pack the return goods properly to ensure that the goods do not get damaged in transit return to us. Creative United Store will not be responsible for any loss or damaged goods returned for exchange.
