Sydney Opera House is one of the most recognizable and distinctive buildings in the world. The construction of the building started in 1958 and was designed by a Danish architect Jorn Utzon. The building was officially opened in 1973 and was designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2007. I loved painting this piece even though the white overlapping roofs were a challenge to paint.
